We are looking forward to getting to know you and your hair! This form will help us get all the information we need to be able to book an appointment that is appropriate for your hair goals.

When you’re in our chair we want to be sure we're giving you the best experience possible! First-time appointments are usually the longest so that we can customize your hair color and cut it to fit your needs. Healthy hair is always our priority so your service will include a bond builder every step of the way as well as any treatment that we deem appropriate/ necessary for your hair.

In addition, first appointments are usually longer and usually more expensive as it does take more time and product to customize your look.

We will do our best to give you an accurate ballpark figure based on our consultation, but please know that things do come up and your final balance may vary slightly for things like bowls of extra color.

We will require a card on file to book the appointment but the card will not be charged until the completion of the appointment or upon cancellation with less than 48 hours notice. 

Less than a 48-hour notice will result in a 50% charge for the agreed-upon service. No call/no-show appointments will result in 100% of the agreed-upon service amount.
